I am trained in a variety of acupuncture styles that combine refined palpation and specific needling techniques to deliver a profoundly effective treatment. These styles are also especially appropriate for those with sensitivity to needles.
I am experienced in treating a wide range of conditions, with a particular interest in treating women’s health and fertility issues, chronic, complex and acute pain syndromes, and burnout. During my time living and practicing in New Zealand, I completed training in gynecological and fertility issues with traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture integrated with Western medicine such as IVF and other assisted reproductive treatments (ART). I have also participated as practitioner in a multi-center research study by the University of Western Sydney, Center for Complementary Medicine Research. This randomized trial focused on the use acupuncture to improve live birth rates for women undergoing IVF. Since 2018 I further expanded my practice focusing on chronic pain, orthopedic conditions, and treatment styles such as dry needling, motor point therapy, and fascia release. I am passionate in guiding patients through the journey from injury, to recovery and ultimately the return to activities that give them purpose.
