Long Distance Consultation & Treatment
Our long distance treatment program was created for those who do not live near our office but wish to receive individualized traditional Chinese medicine consultation and care. Dr. Terzo has extensive experience with many health conditions and specializes in the treatment of Women’s Health and Fertility issues. She focuses on integrative treatment of health issues and creates a customized program for each person.
How does it work?
We ask that you first fill out our extensive intake forms, fax or mail any recent or pertinent lab work to us, and pay for the initial consultation. We will then contact you to set up an initial 30 minute in-depth phone consultation.
Included in the initial consultation is a written individualized treatment plan and plan of action. The treatment plan will include a diagnosis according to traditional Chinese medicine, a personalized herbal formula, and supplement/diet/lifestyle recommendations. Follow-up recommendations may also include lab work such as blood or saliva tests.
We suggest monthly follow-up consultations. This is a pre-scheduled 15-30 minute phone call to assess if any changes need to be made or added to the initial recommendations and to go over any lab work that was ordered for you.
Cost: $250 Initial Consultation (includes 30 minute phone consultation, in-depth analysis of health issue including health records & lab work, and a written treatment plan with an easy to follow plan of action)
$125 Follow-up Consultation (includes a 15-30 minute phone consultation, a written follow-up treatment with specific additions/changes added if applicable)
Herbs, supplements, and lab work recommended are not included in this price.
